I also tried the mediums... no whistling, but still pretty noisy, and the comfort level is about the same for me.

No worries, I'll take whatever help I can get.

We'll see how the Activa goes for the rest of the week. I tried my best with the pillows, but in the end, I think the noise and the comfort level just aren't going to do it for me.
Are you sure you don't have the mask too tight? Remember, the Swift seals by the pressure in the nasal pillows NOT by the tension on the mask. Tighten it only just enough to prevent leaks. Your sore nares should improve soon. I had soreness too. The soreness on my nose was that I had the mask WAY too tight. As I have it now, with the tension at a minimum, I keep thinking I am going to get leaks but I don't.

For mouth breathing, the only thing that has stopped it in its tracks (for me) is the PAPCap by Pursleep.

I've made the headgear looser and looser... for some reason I get "jammed up the nose" or "blown away from face." I kept fine tuning it, but I just can't seem to find that happy medium without causing the soreness.
