nasal strips

Post by candree2000 » Fri Sep 23, 2005 3:28 am

I suffer from mild sleep apnea but as of yet have not sought proper treatment. Recently I tried using Breathe Right nasal strips and my girlfriend maintains that I have stopped snoring.

My question is: Even though I may have stopped snoring, does this mean that my sleep apnea has also stopped? Or is it possible that I still have sleep apnea?

Thanks.

It is possible you still have sleep apnea. Sleep apnea has little to do with the nose and everything to do with your throat/palate.

Ditto on what Bill said. Only your doctor can tell for sure....and only after a polysomnogram (sleep test).

This therapy WORKS!!!
