My opinion is that on a ResMed the AI is the most important number. The goal is to get AI below 1.0. And you are almost there.

Wowee zowee, I am so happy I fiddled with my settings! My AHI and AI have improved every day!! I'm actually SLEEPING!!!!!!!!!

9/11- pressure range 9-13: AHI 15.2 AI 3.9

9/13- pressure range 9-14.4: AHI-9.7 AI-3.2

9/14- pressure range 9-15: AHI-7.8 AI-1.3

9/18- pressure range 9-15: AHI-2.5 AI-0.5

I love this forum so much. I was SO lost when I started this journey in June, but reading here gave me the info I needed to ask for what I wanted and stand firm until I got it.

Y'all are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Many, many, many, many thanks!

That's GREAT news, magentapolkadots!

Yeah, I don't know what I would have done without this forum, either.

Feeling better?

Doc and RT still speaking to you?
