Can anyone tell who might have used billmyinsurance and filled out thier form ....to see if they could help you get your cpap devices etc...

and how long did it take to get a response from them...?

I filled it out on the 19th and heard from them that same day. I've spoken with them a few times since, faxed them a copy of my prescription, sleep study and ins. card. Now we're just waiting on a letter from the doc.

I have to warn you though. They are in Houston and I was told today that if they didn't receive the letter today, my order probably wouldn't get shipped until next week because they were going to evacuate before Rita hits and/or they didn't know if Fedex, etc. would be around either.

I've got my fingers crossed that they'll come through with everything I need but it won't be today.

Ramblinman,

I just called BMI.com and the recording says they have evacuated and their office is closed. They will "hopefully" be back in biz on Monday. (My order did NOT get shipped yet )

By the way NOzsnAZ you said you faxed them a copy of your prescription, sleep study and ins. card.....was this the first thing you did...or was filling out their online form first and then having them to tell you to send your prescription, sleep study and ins. card...???

The first thing I did was fill out the copay quote. Then aftertalking with them, they told me they needed X, and I said I have all of those things and I faxed them then. Now, I'm just waiting on a letter from the doctor approving all the items like, filters, hoses, etc. - a "letter of need" I believe.

I have however, already received my copay estimate and it looks good! Once they get the letter, the prescription will be complete and they'll sned me my stuff!
