Ok, I have the PB 420 and the goodknight humidifier...my question is I have asthma and well I was told its best to use the humidifier with having the asthma. It seemed to be a hassle and well I have been using the cpap without the humidifier for about a month now(Been on CPAP since May). It seems to be easier that way and it doesnt seem to bother me really. I occasionally get a stuffed up nose but I have allergy med to take when that happens. Do you think I really need the humidifier?
Question about Humidifier?

I think we are all different.
I have been on PAP for over a year. I have use a passover humidifier all this time, and have been very happy with it. When it would run out water, I could really tell.
After reading here about the "heated" humidifier so much I decided to buy one. Well..........one week later and with the humidifier turned as low as it goes, my nose is running. Could be the weather, could be allergies, or the new humidifier. My guess is the new "heated" humidifier. I am turning off, and trying it as a pass over to see how that works.
Try it, if it works, good
If it doesn't work, stop
As with anything involving PAP, you have to try it.
