I deal with Lincare, but I'm in Indiana. They let me try ANY mask I want and as many as I want. I take them home, give them a try and then I keep what I like and return the rest. I never, ever hear from them...it's up to me to call them if I need/want anything. They came to my house for the 1st visit. I've gone to them on all subsequent visits. You mentioned that this is a "journey"....you're right, it is. Just remember that you're not alone...you've found this forum and that's just about all you're going to need. Just ask your questions...whenever you have them, and somebody (probably Lori ) will answer you...
