After 2 mths to the night I finally slept all night Without taking off my mask It took a autopap and rigging my hose up to my wall with a scrungy thingy.

Thanks everyone who listened and gave ideas.

Congrats on finding what works for you. This is such a trial and error treatment and so expensive. I love hearing someone who gets it right finally!

GOOD FOR YOU!!

I, for one, know that is quite an achievement! Took me a little more than 3 months. So, congratulations! Hope you begin to feel good now also. I still don't feel really good and still have some mighty sleepy afternoons, but feel mighty lucky to be able to sleep all night in my mask. I have made some improvements and am just looking forward to more. I hope you
continue to improve everyday. Keep us posted!

Josie
