I can't express how valuable those observations are to me, -SWS. That helps on many levels. THANK YOU!!!

Please see my last edit about making sure you first have all three of these BiLevel data baselines for comparison: 1) minute volumes, 2) SpO2, and 3) AHI.

Again, good luck!

I just reprinted. Thanks.

My SpO2 has been very good on autobilevel. My AHI is slightly better on CPAP so far. My minute volume just a little lower. My machine keeps records of minute volume for 360 days, though, so I have a good baseline.

I have a very small airway and severe allergies, which makes for a rough combination sometimes. Allergies are improved. Tiny airway is the same. Getting enough air in and out my nose can be a challange.

Thanks again for the cautions. That's what I needed to hear the most. I had a feeling I should be cautious, I just couldn't figure out why.

I guess that in the back of my mind was the old joke that the last words from most hillbillies like me are usually: "Hey, guys, watch this!"

My MD300a showed that I desturated twice last night, from 97 to 93, based on the one-minute averages. It showed 97 one minute, 93 the next minute, and 97 the next minute, both times. So I may have dipped below 90, I guess, but not for long.

I made two reports showing the differences between four days of bilevel vs four days of nonsupine CPAP, and below those is a chart showing the trend with RR, Vt, and MV (the four CPAP days shaded). (BTW, I'm 6'0" and 273 lbs.):
