Help!!! Posted once does this mean I'm registered

Not great at this new computer journey I've embarked on, please understand I'm a "newbie" on many levels, including,but not limited too, cpap-talk, and navigating my way through "WEB-WORLD" !!!! I've posted once so does this mean I'm officially registered with cpap talk ? Or is there a "magic" button I'm missing ?

looks like the answer is no...
you need to register.
put in some info about yourself, your equipment and all that good stuff.
oh, and welcome abord noob.

Upper right hand corner of the home page, register user name(the magic button).
