Why can't the manufacturers use something like the Tempurpedic foam to line the contact points of their masks and straps, so they wouldn't leave marks.
I just received my Swift interface and love it except for the marks on the side of my face from the front support straps. Am thinking about getting some thin layers of Tempurpedic foam off something and attaching it to see if it helps. Seems that it would. Three hours after taking off the device I still have face marks. Since I got this interface for traveling, I don't want to have to wait 3 hours or more to look presentable for business.

Janelle,
I experience the same problems. When I wear my full face mask, I get a redmark on the bridge of my nose. I have found that a piece of "moleskin" works on that mark. As far as the other marks on your face, I have had to experiment with the straps to ensure I have a good seal with the straps at their loosest. It's been trial and error but I have noticed the marks are getting fainter.
I also took the advice of someone on the forum and gentlyl massaged the areas in a warm shower. Then it's make-up to cover what's left and by the time I get to work, they've pretty much disappeared.
I hope this helps.
