Ok I have to give Apria NC a thumbs up...

Post by FatiguedMe » Wed May 20, 2009 9:55 am

I know ALOT of people have had bad service with them. Well I thought I had too.....but my case worker has checked on me numerous times and I am Thankful for her. She also contacted me recently again, I was upset because the RT had told me I couldn't try ANYMORE fullface masks, to which she kindly replied "As long as you are in your 30 day trial time you can try every mask on the market!" To which I replied "Thank YOU" She then proceeded to set me up an appt. today to come in and get sized for a Forma.
I have to have the full face because of mouth breathing. It isn't my fault my face isn't working right with what I have tried. The Quattro has much promise if I can just get the leaks sealed all around. The RT fitted me for the LT Swift for her and I love it when I can use it (nasal congestion, sore nose inside)
So in light of my FAV case worker I just have to say they aren't all so bad!

Thanks for the positive report! Funny isn't it how 2 employees in the same office can be so different!

It's going to be okay in the end; if it's not okay, it's not the end.

In trying to use the Swift LT, make sure your headgear isn't too tight. I think many people get a sore nose because the headgear is pushing too hard. You need just enough tension to have it in place.
