I had that for a bit, esp when the allergies came on. Normally I have prescription for Nasonex which I take morning and night for my allergy symptoms. Taking this helped quite a lot for me.

if your congestion isn't based on allergies, try a sinus rinse at night (http://www.neilmed.com/uk/sinusrinse.php), and playing with the humidifier settings on your machine - sometimes too much heat will swell the airways, and sometimes too little will irritate them.

hope you find something that helps

One of the things I have really liked about using nasal pillows is that they seem to keep my nasal passages clear. I really noticed the difference on the occasions when I would remove my mask when the alarm went off, but still lay there briefly dozing. Within a few moments, my nose would get a little stuffy, and I realized it was always like that before cpap.

Fast forward to a month ago when I started using the Swift LT. I immediately began experiencing a little stuffy nose. Not bad, but noticeable. However, after a few weeks of use, it seems to have stopped. I can't shed any light on it, but hope your problem fades away like mine did.

I had problems with sinus irritation stuffyness and congestion after I started using xpap and nasal pillows.
My doctor prescribed Flonase. One spray in each sinus about 30 minutes to an hour before bed time and then I hydrate with Ayr saline mist before putting my Swift LT on. It has worked wonders for me.

This is an anti-inflammatory nasal spray used to relieve the nasal symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergies. It helps reduce the inflammation that leads to symptoms that include congestion, sneezing, and itchy, runny nose.
