Your leak line from last night does look better but not good enough. Ya gotta fix the leaks. After the leaks are fixed you can tweak pressures if need be. You might want to be sure the seal of the mask is very clean. Possibly you need a different mask.

Actually, I'm using the SwiftLT right now and your leak rate is not too bad. The leak line could be straighter but I don't think it's too bad, given that mask.

What I do see happening is you constantly bumping up against that upper pressure of 13 cm and a lot of Apneas and other events happening because the pressure can't go any higher to deal with them.

If it were me, I would raise the maximum pressure to 20 cm and see just how high it will go to deal with apneas. I think I would even raise the minimum to 10 cm.

I don't see much difference with taping but, as you said, it may be too soon to judge whether or not it is helping. I fyour 90% goes up and it probalby will, you MAY need to tape.

I see that you are bumping up to your max pressure, but it also looks like the first day was worse than subsequent days. Maybe your leak and VS are related to your hose moving and moving your mask? Your AHI is still a little on the high side - or at least higher than I would like. You may want to bump up the pressure a little.....

If that was my data I would up the pressure to 12-20

I am ceratin others will have already said this loud and clear, but with data like that I would not let my pressure drop below 10 CMs. Then having got control of that would study results to see if perhaps the lower limit needed to be raised even further.

Also, I would be looking at mask management issues. Clearly that is contributing to some wild nights

good luck & I hope the feedback you get here helps

Thanks for all of the input. My original lower pressure was 7, and i bumped up to 8.5 about a week ago. tried tpaing my mouth 2 nights ago. last night's data has also been posted - and it was an improvement - stayed below 13 more and AHI of only 3.3 - my lowest yet. Also, average max pressure was 10.9 - also my lowest. Actually spent a good part of the night down near my minimum pressure - a 1st.

I am thinking that maybe taping is going to be a good thing for me.... but only 2 nights is not enought to really tell. May bump minimum up to 10 in the next few days.
