So I haven't posted in a while on here becuase I'm usually on TAS board becuase they talk alot more about Dental devices over there...
Was it the Cpaptalk.com withdrawal that brought me back? Or the vastness of all your knowledge?
So.... I'm going to see an ENT to find out what exactly is causing my sleep apnea. I'm doing this to find if my tongue causing the obstruction so I can try out a dental device (TAP, etc). Can anyone think of any other things I should ask?
I'm probably going to ask why my nose is stuffed all the time (turbinates, septum?). Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I am planning on doing the same thing. Does anyone have any advise on how to find an ENT that would be more knowledgeable about apnea? I went to one 3 years ago because my snoring was so loud my boyfriend sleeps on the other side of the house. He said there was nothing structurally wrong with me and referred me to a allergist because of swelling in my nose. No mention of sleep apnea. So I don't want to go back to him. I think there has to be another reason why I can't breathe well. According to my allergy doctor, there isn't any other allergy medicine that I can take.
That lat post was me.

Swordz, you lucky dog! U of Ky hospital in Lexington? That's where the pulmonologist Dr. Barbara Phillips runs the Samaritan Sleep Clinic!
Hope you get good news from the ENT about your prospects for success with the TAP II. I'm sure you've been reading about how Paul, Stoboy and others have used two things together - TAP II and Pillars - to get the job done.
Best of luck to you!!
