Sleep study vs. today. A comparison.

Post by Bearcat42 » Wed May 13, 2009 2:35 pm

I finally received a copy of my sleep study, after 2 months of trying, so I thought that I would share those numbers and post my data from last night as a comparison. I think things look better. Incidentally, last night was the first night with a new Activa nasal mask. I liked it but I had it way too tight at first and that woke me. After loosening it up I had no more problems with it.

Some of these numbers I do not understand, so here goes.
Sleep staging:
N1-80%
N2-19%
N3-0%
Severe Obstructive Sleep Apneas with an apnea+hyponea index of 63. There were 17 OA's and 71 OH's. Oxygen Saturation was 76%.

And today it looks like this.
