Consensus wanted on sleeping position and FF masks
Consensus wanted on sleeping position and FF masks
Hi, just wondering how many people a) sleep on their tummies, and b) of those people alone, how many use FF masks and which ones? Thanks!
Re: Consensus wanted on sleeping position and FF masks
I recently learned to sleep on my tummy with a Hybrid mask and a F&P 432. I needed a technique to accomplish it and have been doing it for about six weeks now. I slept the whole night on my tummy the last two nights. It took some training because I was not used to the position.
If it keeps raining here Thursday and Friday, I will get some time on the computer and post the technique.

BTW Julie, you have been here and know we rarely get a consensus on anything.

Re: Consensus wanted on sleeping position and FF masks
I sleep on my tummy and use the Quattro FF, squishing the pillow so the mask isn't disturbed is the key for me. For a FF mask it works great! BWTS it's different for everyone, good luck! Ellen

Stomach sleeper. Quatrro. It's all about the pillow position.

I remember reading through the archives about the falcon position:rooster wrote:I recently learned to sleep on my tummy with a Hybrid mask and a F&P 432. This may be what rooster was talking about. I think he is off causing trouble in other threads

Haha, he usually is! My thing is that while I'm a die-hard stumak sleeper (see how lazy I am ) and have been using a foam slab with a trench cut-out for my mask for ages, it's getting old all around, but just being on the mattress shoves my UM FF all sideways, etc. and I can't figure out how to be comfortable and still have it stay in place - plus I'm no good with prongs/cushions/pillows at all.
