would double sided taped harm......

I am wondering if double sided tape would hurt the silicone part of my nasal mask? I am pondering a fix for my mask. thanks for any input!

Your drugstore probably carries Mack's ear plugs. They're made of some kind of waxy rubbery stuff like Silly Putty and you can use them (stretched and played with) to help seal the mask, lots here do that. I wouldn't use that tape as it will probably kill your skin for starters, and destroy the flexibility of the silicone which does 'bloom' out when you turn the machine on, and then changes with even tiny facial movements all night. And you could never clean it properly again, and the stiffness could maybe even lead to stress tears.
