Hi,
I had noticed for a long time that I am a fairly slow eater compare to most of my friends and family. I just have to chew the food real thoroughly before I swallow. I was diagnosed with OSA last year and been on CPAP for a while.
Are all of us who have OSA slow eaters?? It seems that most of us have excess tissue at the back of out throats and that is also where the food goes down?
Just curious
I don't do mornings !!!
