I'm not much into DMEs, have played around with the settings been on machine since January.
Just wanting to know for those of you who monkey around with your settings--at what point to you start adjusting settings? When AHI is a certain level or what? My AHI is around 3.1. Lots of snores....

Any AHI below 5 is good.
If I had lots of snores (I used to) I'd raise the lower limit by 0.5 and see how that works. It worked great for me!

I think that sounds reasonable. I'll try it, thanks!

You didn't say what your C-Flex setting was at. For snoring, you could also try lowering the C-Flex setting. If you're at 3, try 2, etc.
The pressure at which you exhale can effect the snoring, too.

My settings are 6-14 with c-flex set at 3. The DME in January said my rate should be 12.
I don't actually snore, but it shows up as snores on My Encore
