I have been using this interface for about a month and really like it because it is so "minimal". Certainly the headgear is great. I use the small size pillows and have about 85% success in terms of controlling leaks. I have tried the medium but they SEEM to be too big. I sleep in my back and hardly move in the night but, sometimes - not always, even the slightest head move will cause the pillows to shift and leak. Anyone have experience with this interface? What are your thoughts? Should I really try the mediums and get used to them? Is a little leakage okay with nasal pillows? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
