yesterday was great, 1 year mark

Post by nobody » Wed Mar 18, 2009 6:53 am

Yesterday was sunny and warm. I think I'm highly affected by light (or lack of light) in terms of wakefulness. I think yesterday was one of the best days I've ever had. I felt awake the entire day and was able to concentrate on some work, walk my dogs for for an hour+, cut my hair, shower, shave, cook food, etc. I feel pretty good today too.

Yesterday marks 1 year on CPAP. That's also the best leak line I've ever seen in that year.

For comparison, this is from almost a year ago (didn't have a card reader a whole year ago). April 22 2008

Thanks! I added a comparison from about a year ago too, it's been a big improvement!

Congratulations Nobody,
I think you have it working well for you. Newbies would love to know that a year later things can feel a whole lot better than that first month or so. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Nobody---Great chart and congrats!! I have been a hose head for a year and a half now. FEELING so much better than when I first started!! WOW---what a difference a year can make AS well as getting some good quality sleep!! I still thank my hubby for going with me to the doctor to explain what I do in my sleep, and the doctor sent me that day for a sleep study. My whole world changed once I was hooked up and sleeping thru the night. No more bathroom breaks, I dream now, I feel rested when I get up in the morning, I lost weight--so many good things resulted from CPAP compliance. Keep up the good work!!

Carrie

Nobody,
Congratulations on your progress. Glad you are reaping some results. May you have many more days to come that meet and even surpass the one you describe.

Congrats! May you have many more years of peaceful, restful sleep.

I like your new avatar. The previous one was a little creepy.
