Failure without tape and chinstrap

Post by freepostg » Sun Mar 08, 2009 7:00 pm

Well,
It's been a year since diagnosis and I thought I would try to give up the tape and chinstrap for just one night while using my wonderful swift LT. BIG MISTAKE. Had a very bad night with tremendous leaks throughout and a very dry mouth.

I thought I would have perhaps trained myself over the last year but...no sir. I just love the LT because of it's low profile and want to keep using it as I'm mainly a side sleeper. Therefore, I'll continue to tape and use the chinstrap in order to continue using the LT.
Oh well...now I know.

It happens to me too. Some of us cannot keep our mouths shut at night.

Argh. I was hoping we could be trained...

SnuggleHose - Got the 8 foot and cut it down to 6, used the rest for mask hoses.
Memory Foam Pillow - Cut my own out of my Tempur-pedic pillow. (works great!)

How true. I wear a full face mask, so mouth taping is a non-issue for me, however the tape comes in quite handy when I get tired of Angelina's nagging.

She nags? I would'a thought that she would just kick your ass if she didn't get things her way
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
