nos blockage
I normally do not have nasal congestion except when I use CPAP. Why is that and how can I relieve this problem?

Re: nos blockage
Are you using a heated humidifier with your cpap machine?
I'd get congestion and blocked, stinging, burning nostrils if I didn't use at least some heated humidification.
On the other hand, some people report that heated humidification causes more congestion for them.
You might try several different heat settings for the humidifer, including trying "off."
If you leave water in it with the heat turned off, it will act as "passover humidification" -- cpap air passing over the cold water and perhaps picking up a tiny, tiny bit of humidification to carry to you.

Re: nos blockage
If you have a diviated septum and or swollen turbinates the wind whips threw there, where as if it was repaired it goes threw slower and doesn't dry it out as much. It's like those hand blowers in resturants. The fast blowing ones dry your hands out fast and with the slow ones you have to use your shirt.
