Which goes on first?

When wearing a chin strap, does it go on first or does the headgear?

Not really sure there's a right or wrong way but I put on my pap-cap chin strap 1st and then the swift LT headgear. Did try it once the other way around and it just felt wrong to me. Seems whatever is more comfortable to you would be the "right" way to do it.
