mask problems

Post by Tcamillemars » Fri Feb 20, 2009 6:57 am

I got a new nasal mask (fand p) and it works great, feels comfortable, seems perfect- except I'm getting a sore under my nose. What can I do? I think the edge of the silicon is rubbing against it. It looks like my nose is red from too much nose blowing. I love the mask-any suggestions?

See this link for probably the easiest solution:

The brand Rooster mentions is the most common and perhaps the best known. However, drug chains such as CVS and Walgreens often will have corresponding private label products that are equivalent. In this case, it should be noted that not all nipple creams are 100% lanolin like Lansinoh; some may contain petroleum dirrivatives that might harm the silicone.
