BiPAP Plus M Series with Bi-Flex Provider/Clinician Manual

I'm a relatively new user looking to slightly increase my EPAP setting. If anyone could forward or point me to the Provider/Clinician Manual for the BiPAP Plus M Series with Bi-Flex machine, I would appreciate it.

I don't have the BiPAP manual, just the regular Auto Manual.

Wulfman is the keeper of all manuals, however. I'm bumping this hoping he'll see it.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)
