Re: Great Pics!
[quote="johnnygoodman"]Howdy,
DSM, great pics!
Can we use them on cpap.com? If so, we'll put a tag line "By DSM of cpaptalk.com" instead of cpap.com.
Also, your previous round of pics inspired us to create a Compare Size feature on cpap.com. Right now it only includes popular CPAPs, but its still pretty cool and it'll grow:

Hi DSM,
Thanks so much for the pics! Compared them to my unit and noticed a couple of small differences, only in Canada eh! Mine is grey, yours seems brownish and the on/off is a symbol & your pic shows start/stop. Just a comment.
One thing you might want to include is a close up of the two filters. In this regard you may also (after time) show the stages of use on the white filter showing when it's necessary to change it. I have only changed mine once in about 5 months. When I showed it to the DME she said yuck!!! It was a light dirty grey color - no wonder I have bad breath!
You did a great job and I am sure others looking to purchase or research new machines will find this very helpful. By the way are you in marketing? You sure know how to present a product!
Good stuff.

Thanks, happy the pics helped. I agree re filter. I will photo the filter. - in fact I did take a peek at it & promptly washed it has picked up its share of dust after only 6 weeks.
Not in marketing but have done lots & lots of web pages for some of my interests. In 1996 I did a website for my Wife's quilting group & that started a love of manipulating images. Got into do animations & stuff but noth too professional.
I am actually an IT Architect but about to change roles again into what I would call an Enterprise Systems Integration Consultant. but we don't actually have a formal title as such, in our industry.
Cheers

So here I am reading these posts and I see Pictures of Respironics Machine and say to myself: " Why do I need pictures of a machine?", but I look anyway and see that the humidifier is different than mine and seems to have some sort of baffle in it.
And then I remember that somewhere I read that Respironics put a baffle in the humidifier so it would make the auto machine work correctly. I thought I had the one with the baffle, but I didn't.
So, I took the humidifier out of the circuit and guess what! IT STARTED BEHAVING ITSELF AND I AM NOW GETTING GOOD THERAPY.
DSM: Thanks for posting the pics and I promise never to think bad things about any post. You never know when you will learn something.
