Mouth leak

Has anyone heard of or seen a mouth piece similar to what boxers or football players wear that will seal on the inside of the lips to stop mouth leak? I'm thinking about making one out of Latex, silicone or maybe paraffin. I can't taste anything anyway so don't worry about nasty taste.
