Oximeter results look like OSA?

I'm having trouble getting any sense of urgency from my health care provider. I've already waited 1 week for "results" from an "urgent" sleep study where I know I only slept 2-3 hours and did not enter REM sleep. In other words, I'm waiting a couple weeks for someone to look at my results and say "schedule him for another sleep study". Which will be ~2 more weeks after the results. Followed by 2 more weeks for results again. Arrgghh!

I've been using an SPO PulseOx 7500 to monitor my O2 saturation, and am struck by the regular and repeatable pattern (see below).

Based on all the reading I've done, I think I have plain old vanilla OSA. It looks like I have occasional desaturations in NREM-sleep, but then I get really bad during REM sleep when my throat muscle tone relaxes.

Anyone else ever see oximeter results like this before they were on treatment?

I bought a used APAP from the internet, and a bunch of accessories from CPAP.com, and will start treating myself when it all gets here. I guess I'll see if those desats go away with APAP!
