Mask Marks
I'm wearing a full mask; how can I prevent or get rid of faster the marks the mask makes on my face (two circles on my forehead and lines where the sides of the mask rest on my face.

Re: Mask Marks
Dear OWLMOON----Please fill in your machine profile and mask so we may help you better. You can go online to PAD A CHEEKS and order any kind of padded strap and mask protector so you will be slepping next to nice soft micro fleece!!! PAD A CHEEK are products made by her and she has sleep apnea as well so she knows how to make almost anything. SHe has great hose covers too ---that prevent the rainout that you may get in your hose from using the humidfier.
Hope this helps!! You may have to try some different types of masks too before you can find one that really does work well for your face shape---

Re: Mask Marks
Thanks, Carrie. I'll fill in that info once I get home. Thanks, too, for the heads up on the micro fleece! I'll check that out.
Re: Mask Marks
Everyone loves the padacheeks, so you might want to look at those.
For a quick fix, you can do what I do. I use some cosmetic facial pads, similar to these. I wrap them in kleenex and insert them under the straps. This solution is not particular to any headgear, so you may be able to get it to work for you. Best of all, you can run to the drugstore and get some of these today so that you don't have marks tomorrow. I never have marks since I started using these. Every couple of days I replace the kleenex.
