Comfort2 assembly help

Post by Billy6 » Sun Feb 08, 2009 9:15 am

Help please. I'm on the road . I have a comort2 full face mask and the swivel valve fell off the mask and I'm trying to re-connect it without success. I dont know I lost a part, but I cant screw or jam the valve back in. Anyone have any ideas. Thanx

I have comfort full 2 face mask if this is same as yours you will find little plastic clips on each side by exhalation port above the connection for swival ; gently pinch these clips and you can reconnect swival part you hopefully have the black swival still inside your hose. Hope my miserable explanation helps.

Hi, Thanks, but I'm looking to connect the whole fixture to the main mask piece. I cant jam it on or screw it on?

will it tape back on for now? some folks here swear by the silver stuff, duct tape! maybe someone else will come up with a better idea,
I must be paranoid as I take a spare mask everywhere, it's a bit of a pain but hearing your story it's worth it. good luck. sorry I'm not much help.
