Re: first night
Looking at 90% pressure, I'd guess that your lower pressure setting is too low. And, while "titrating" with an auto, I'd up the higher pressure too just to see what that auto "thinks" it needs to address your apnea events. But, I'm sure some of our old timer experts will chime in here with suggestions. Good luck with night 2!

Re: first night
You could start by checking your actual mask leak rate. Too much mask leak will skew your AHI number. With your mask instructions, there should be an exhaust or vent chart. Find the intended exhaust or vent rate at your avg. pressure of 12.6. Subtract that number from your reported avg. leak rate of 48.9, to find your actual leak rate. You're looking for less than 5 L/min.

Re: first night
It seems no one ever tells you what to expect the 1st nite or how to prepare. If you kept your mask on all nite - that alone IS a MAJOR accomplishment. I was not able to keep the mask on all nite for several weeks but I kept on trying knowing less than you do cuz I didn't find this site until many, many months later.
The 1st thing to work on is reducing your leaks. Adjust your mask up while laying down and at full pressure, then try rolling over. Your face will change shape as it contacts your pillow. The right pillow can make all the difference. Some prefer a memory foam pillow. Make a list of things to work on, NOW.
