I have 3 xPap machines this weekend!

Which one to use first???

1. My original ResMed S8 Compact

2. Just bought a ResMed S8 Elite II...which is brand new as advertised (menu shows "zero" hours)

3. HMO loaned me a ResMed S8 Vantage to help me figure out if I need a different pressure setting. (Due back on Sun.)

Since you have a limited number of nights to check them out, I'd suggest starting in the reverse order of how you have them listed.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

Hoo, its a no-brainer, SheZzam! Use the loaner auto, the Vantage, every night! Why would you even consider using the Compact? You've used it, you know what your therapy is like w/it. You've just bought the Elite so you and the Elite have plenty of time to get acquainted. You've only got that Vantage on loan until Sunday. Thank your lucky stars and use it whilst you can!!!!

You aren't fooling me! You're just flaunting your good fortune at having 3 Resmeds as house guests for the weekend, two of which will be permanent residents.

Wow! Sounds like you're going to have fun. Maybe you can hook them all up in series and use them together--create a "TURBO CPAP MACHINE" :<)
