FS,
Too bad they didn't offer to reimburse you and take the mask back (yeah, right). Well, I guess you have to really make sure that the next mask you get doesn't contain the same type of substance. How you will know is beyond me, and it's expensive if you play trial and error.
Hope your skin is better. Are you getting any sleep with your old mask or are you going to look for something new? Try the Swift. Nothing to irritate on your face. Look at the photos on this site and see what I'm talking about. Or you can try the Breeze, too. I didn't like it, but lots of people on this site love it. Can you use a nasal pillow interface?

Yeah, my skin is better and I'm using my old mask again. It does pretty well, so I may just hold off on getting another one right now. Money is tight and I think I'm doing ok with my other mask. I've never tried a nasal pillow interface. Maybe I can, when I do finally try to purchase another. I'll look into them. Thanks for your reply.
