Success

Hi All! Just wanted to let you know that I managed to get the back straps on the Swift LT to stay in place by pulling my hair up into a scrunci and fastening the back straps by using bobbi (ex spelling) pins. I also picked up some Ayr gel last night because my nasal passages became a little sore. I forced myself to sleep with the mask for six hours on Friday night and I woke up feeling like I was choking last night after 3 hours due to stale air. I am going to clean all the tubing and mask. I am quite a bit overdue. That should help. Also, tried pur sleep essential oils the calm and peace and that doesn't necessarily put me to sleep but it does help me to relax especially when I wake up after three hours and am anxious. It seems to calm down the anxiety. Just wanted to share the good news. I know gradually the time I am asleep with the mask will continue to increase. Have a wonderful day everyone. To all the newbies out there please hang in there. It will get better.

Glad to hear that! Getting started on this therapy is "baby steps" for most people. Once we get the hang of it, things start going much better.

Hang in there.
