I see a lot of ? marks and not much info. Will you please post more info?
If you're referring to xPAP therapy, you can expect a myriad of results. When you "get it right", you can expect increased energy, decreased drowsiness, a gradual clearing of the "fog" you may have been trapped in. When will you see results? Could be overnight or days, could be weeks, could be months. It varies from person to person.
