As a native south Floridian, I moved to the mountain foothills of NC a few years ago,
experiencing 'winter' for the first time in my 30 something years. Was used to a VERY
warm and humid climate, thus my first year here was miserable, chapped lips, skin,
and dry nose, to the point of bleeding, even with the use of household humidifiers
throughout the house.
Now..thanks to my therapy, I'm 'normal'...I can breathe, and I'm very grateful. I only have
my humidifier set on '3', but it's made all the difference. An extra shout out to Pursleep too,
love my dark cherry scent, thanks for the samples.
Just another benefit of cpap therapy I felt should be mentioned.

Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God. And remember - the richest person is not the one who has the most, but the one who needs the least.

Yes, I love the extra humidity too. It makes breathing very easy...reminds me of springtime. If you think its bad there, you ought to try Michigan. We have another 3 months of forced-air heating. Its very difficult to get and keep any humidity in the house during winter.
