I AM RELATIVELY NEW TO SLEEP APNEA TECHNOLOGY SO I AM VIRTUALY UNCERTAIN AS TO THE TYPE OF MACHINE.

ALL I CAN SAY THAT IT IS NOT LOTS OF FUN GETTING ADJUSTED TO THIS AND I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO KEEP WEARING IT.

ANYWAY I AM GLAD I STUMBLED UPON THIS SITE,,IT CERTAINLY PROVES TO ME THAT I AM NOT ALONE IN THIS JOURNEY,,OR NIGHTMARE
CAN'T GET ADJUSTED

Hello Ineedsleep,

You are far from alone. There are millions of us hoseheads out here. For a sleepless crowd, we are pretty nice.

We are glad to share and learn. If you have any questions feel free to ask, and if you know the answer to a question, by all means, jump right in.

Regards,

Titrator

Hi! I am new to the sleep forum and very excited about hav ing someone to share my fears and problems with. Have been on CPAP for one year, still get sleepy but since switching over to a full face mask, am doing a little better, but have a long way to go. It is very discouraging at times. Would like replies from anyone, but especially those who are long users like me with little results or those who have some suggestions.
