The most thorough discussions (imho) about non-cpap kinds of treatment have taken place on the TalkAboutSleep message board, especially in their dental sleep medicine forum. Posts by PaulY, Sleepy Stoboy, and BillinSeattle are excellent. Those guys researched their options thoroughly and had PSG's to evaluate what is working for them.
