Encore viewer backup

Does anyone know how to back up the files or which files are the data files for Encore viewer? I had it installed on my wives computer and it crashed big time. I had to do a restore and it went back to June of last year so any data or programs installed after that dare are gone and Encore viewer is one of those gone programs.

I want to know what files I should copy to a different disk for backup. That is of course once I find my install disk. I should know better that I forget things and can't remember where I put the install disk. I was so happy when my doctor said my forgetfullness is from sleep apnea. Once my memory comes back I will be like a kid at Christmas again finding everything I have lost over the years.
