Can't help with your question, but I think you can correct your Subject line by hitting "Edit" on the original post and then change the spelling there.

This is only my experience so take it for what it is worth.

I signed up for automatic shipment of supplies through Lincare. They were great when I picked up my machine. I didn't get my initial mask from them so can't comment on that except the two mask that I received since then has left something to be desired.

I have only received supplies once --- since September 15, 2007. I received two fine filters, one 6 foot hose, and one grey filter. Came very poorly packaged and the one seam was not taped and thus had popped open in transit. I was supposed to receive supplies automatically as allowed by insurance. Have never received a call from them to check on progress or about supplies.

According to my DME, Medicare restricts them from a pure auto-ship. However, they can send an email reminder that you are eligible for the following products. A reply and they show up in a box. Also, the DME gets the Rx from the doc annually and it's good for the year.

There are a few programs like this available, mine is through Sleepquest. Another is the one Wilford Brimley advertises for on TV. His gig is for Diabetes supplies but they now do OAS supplies. If you don't have insurance, CPAP.com may have a reminder program.

It's going to be okay in the end; if it's not okay, it's not the end.

Yep, I get automatic shipments of filters, hoses, mask cushions, and masks from my local DME according to my BCBS insurance schedule.

Most of us can read typos easily. Don't sweat the small stuff. Sipply, supply, we had no trouble getting the drift!!
