I need a backup for my 2 year old Respironics Bipap Auto M. There is a Resmed Vpap III for sale and I was wondering if the Resmed has the auto titration like the Repsironics? I seem to remember that Resmed has been around for a while. Are there any designations for the latest ones?

VPAP III is just bilevel. Not "autotitrating" bilevel like your machine is.
The equivalent ResMed machine to the Respironics BiPAP Auto would be this one:
VPAP™ Auto 25
You can see a list of their devices at:

RG,
Thanks once again. You saved me a trip to Daytona Beach from Delray.
I had the Sullivan Vpap updated with the newer preescription (from 10/6 to 11/8) but with the Bipap auto-m I am going higher than 11 and I'm not sure about the 8 but I suppose that goes up too. I don't know if I am just tired from running around for days getting the condo ready, buying an air car and exchanging it 3 times, as supposed to sitting at a desk all day, or is this heaviness of head due to not enough hours and not the same pressures that I am used to. Even the new prescription is 2 years old.
