I found the Clinical Guide to ResScan 3.5

When DSM shared a web page where you could get clinician's manuals I found the one for ResScan 3.2

When I read this I found that the Clinical Guide was right in the software that I had already installed. Many of you probably know this but I'm posting this for those who don't.

Clink on Start, (lower left corner of screen), then All Programs, ResMed, ResScan, and finally ResScan Clinicians Manual.

I printed out all 56 pages and will now start reading this tonight.

I don't have 3.7 but anyone who has it would have it in their program. If you make a new post maybe someone would send it to you.
