Almost an Early Christmas

Post by deerhound » Thu Dec 11, 2008 7:58 pm

I went to the post office today to pick up two packages. I was thinking o boy its my padacheek hose cover, headpiece cover for my quattro, and a used BIpap Auto that eBay let slip through. I got the Bipap machine for my backup and I think I really scored. It only has 250 hours on it. I downloaded the smart card and the previous owner had used it from the middle of May 2006 to the first week in August 2006. They must not have had too much luck with their therapy 'cause they only had a 37.5% usage over 4 hours. Obviously they never found cpaptalk.com with its hand holding and 2X4 upside the head encouragement (depending who replys ). I ordered new filters and RestedGal already had me set up with a manual. When the filters arrive I'll try it out a for few nights. Hope I don't get yelled at by my DME for missing nights when they check my card .

Alas the other box contained not the padacheek goodies, but a hose and filter for my other machine that they were supposed to send last month . Oh well there's always tomorrow.

Another good thing, the Liberty mask never would stay sealed when I tried it this last week so I took it back to my sleep clinic and NOW I GET TO GROW MY MUSTACHE back! I love being on the hose, sure has made my life better. Thanks to all of you who have shared with me to make this work so well.

Dale
