New to CPAP can use some advice

Post by leftlane45 » Tue Dec 09, 2008 4:11 pm

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apenea this past November. I received my machine yesterday and slept with it last night. The machine is a Respironics Auto M series with c-flex and heated humidifier with smart card. The head gear is Opus nasal pillow style and the setting on the machine is 10/6. I seemed to have slept well but I still woke up a little tired ? I was wondering if it will take a couple of days to get used to it or should I have woke up feeling more refreshed. Thanks in advance Jerry
It is what it is !!! Deal with it !!

It will take awhile and then you will begin to notice the difference. Just keep with it.
