On 11/14 I ordered one Large Swift LT nasal pillow from Lincare. About a week later I got two old style Swift pillows. Looked in "my medicare" under claims and Lincare had charged them for two pillows. Called the local office I used and they said they would hunt down the problem and get back to me. Today, the 3rd of December, I've heard nothing so I call the office. The gal I talk to hasn't heard back from her "compliance" dept. and says she will email a higher up. By now I getting a little pissed and tell her so. She turns on the tears. All I want is decent service in a timely manner and the right stuff....guess I want too much.
I need a new DME.

don't expect any progress on your account for at least a year billing wise and in the mean time, expect collection notices for what you don't owe them
