Oh, I forgot about the iron! There's also something called ferritin that has to do with iron. Even if your iron is fine, if your ferritin is low, or even in the low part of the range, it could be a contributing factor. If you take iron with Vit C, it helps the iron absorption rate.ca_hosehead wrote: <snip>

Hard to pinpoint which one did it. It got gradually better over about 3-4 months while I was doing all of these.
