Please. evaluate my Encore stats.

Is there a set of instructions for this software Encorepro 1.6.2.2. Especially the "valid date range" I'm still missing something there. I never get it set right without try after try.?

you should switch the gel out as needed. My insurance actually allows me two gel cushions per month and a mask every 90 days.

your numbers look pretty good, you might be able to lower OA lower by increasing EPAP but that is up to you,
if you are feeling good don't change anything.

Your leak is okay for those pressures, doesn't indicate your mask is worn out as that would be seen as leak.
But those masks are throw-away and should probably be replaced at least every 6 months or so. If your
only mask is a year old, I'd order a new one.
