Mack's Earplugs

Post by DoriC » Sun Nov 09, 2008 6:35 pm

I can't seem to find any photos of how this would look on the UMFF. We've tried it a few times but can't seem to do it right. Would appreciate some help on this.

I dont use a FFM or the plugs, but I think you just roll them into a thin rope and line the edge of the mask that rests on your face.

okay, after reading another thread, you need to put your mask on, determine where the leaks are and try putting the rope of earplugs in those areas first.
make sure you wash your face good and there are no skin oils to make sealing difficult.

Click on the following: Mindy's photos of Mack's on the Quattro

Others have rolled snakes and put them all around the mask's seal - it really depends on what problem you're trying to slove.
