Hmm, wonder how long it will take me to take protective measures? Hopefully not till too late.
Knucklehead! (for not heeding my own advice, not having my spare machine set to my current pressure, and not remembering at 3am I even had a spare machine) Argh! I think my machine will survive. Will try it tonight. Rigging the hose to hang overhead just started sounding better.

Well, I waited so long to get my Autoset II (which I love), that I changed my avatar. You notice that I have a shotgun.
I don't think anyone will mess with mine.

Hey Kathy, I don't think you've hit RobbieH's record yet, though.
Under the bed. That's what worked best for Robbie, last time I talked to her.
But with your other issues, over the head might be the only way to go. Plant Hangar!!!!

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula.

Kathy,
I hope your machine works. I know the dreadful filling that it might be ruined. After empyting mine and using hairdryer at low heat and then letting it sit upside down for hours it did work. What a relief!
I have taken it off the night table since that night and set a chair by my bed. I set it under the chair so I don't step on it. I haven't had a problem since.
It is so easy to put off something that hasn't affected us yet. It is usually after we experience a real scare that we immediately take steps to prevent further occurrence.
Hoping the best for you,
Anne
